@CTVNews We here in Canada seem to foster criminal behavior. When will we strengthen our laws and effectively address crime? This is straining our law enforcement agencies, we have overcrowded detention facilities, our government says they're looking into it. We need action, not words.

It was the middle of the night, remote area, very foggy, no street lights obviously and was my first time through this curvy steep hill area.
