@drcateshanahan The article focuses on the general public health guidance (replacing saturated fat with unsaturated fat) and the specific omega-6/inflammation mechanism, skipping the technical distinction between mono- and polyunsaturated sub-categories.
@Drs_HQ@PepsUncensored The reason to combine the 2 is for keeping RHR low, and sleep restful. TIRZ kills the hunger, and Reta stimulates the fatburnungg proces on a low dose of voltage.
Exactly, you do not want your RHR even higher because you're having AF or sleep problems. A low dose of reta doesn't kill your food noise, Tirz kills the cravings, Reta does the fatburning part via the glucagon receptor. So why not combine a low dose of 2mg Reta with 2,5mg of Triz?
This is my heart rate while sleeping on Reta (2mg). Avg. 93 BPM. For context: I have AF, and that night was exceptional because I had just increased the dose (from 1 to 2mg). After acclimating to the dose, resting heart rate stays elevated by about +10 BPM. Notably, heart rate doesn't drop much during sleep. Note: this is just a 1-night snapshot with Checkme O2.

The National Desk went and investigated inside the drug factories making medicine for America in India
They found they are cheating tests and making our drugs in “secret locations not approved by the FDA”
“They told our crew to destroy the footage”
“Adverse events, including death happen on a daily basis here in the U.S. Falsified data, filth and contaminated facilities. Some with secret locations unapproved by the FDA, but making medications bound for America. This affects every single one of us”
If you sometimes feel like your medicine doesn’t work, this is why
New study alert! Eating an antioxidant-rich & fibre-enhanced diet is linked to a lower risk of liver fibrosis in Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver Disease (MASLD).
The research, published in the British Journal of Nutrition, found that a nutrient-dense pattern (high in fibre, magnesium, zinc, vitamins C & K) was protective compared to low-nutrient diets.
A great reminder that overall dietary patterns matter for liver health! 🍎🥦

Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong points out a critical flaw in oncology, stating that 99.9% of oncologists fail to recognize the importance of natural killer cells and T-cells, which are vital for destroying cancer cells.
🚨 WOW! Secretary Bobby Kennedy just STUNNED the Left by creating the "EAT REAL FOOD" pyramid, he followed through 100% on the promise of MAHA
At the top: steak, chicken, vegetables and fruits
NOWHERE to be seen:

Dr. Andrew Huberman dropped a simple, science-backed protocol that’s melting fat faster than most people think possible:
Eat only meat, fish, eggs, fruit, and vegetables. Nothing else. No bread, pasta, rice, tortillas, or processed foods. Drink water, coffee, or tea — skip alcohol and milk.
Why it works so fast? When you remove the hyper-palatable combo of refined carbs + industrial fats, insulin stays low, catecholamines (adrenaline/norepinephrine) rise, and lipolysis (fat burning) gets unleashed. People who’ve lived on processed foods for years often drop serious body fat in weeks because their body finally shifts into genuine fat-oxidation mode. Pure physiology, no gimmicks.
Watch Huberman explain the mechanism in 30 seconds ↓ Your future self might thank you. What’s one processed food you’d ditch first?
Just watched Steven Bartlett get absolutely SCHOOLED by Dr. Boz in 6 minutes that will probably age-reversing-pilled half of the internet today
She looked him dead in the eye and said:
“I’ve been practicing 25 years.
Parkinson’s has 3,500 of my patients.
I have ZERO.
Because Parkinson’s only wins when you let the trash pile up in your brain for decades… and then act shocked when the diagnosis hits.”
Her exact words:
“The slow death of your brain doesn’t announce itself.
It starts with:
- the belly fat that won’t shift
- joints that ache “for no reason”
- brain fog at 3 pm
- joy slowly draining from life
- waking up tired even after 8 hours”
That’s not “getting old”.
That’s trash in your brain you still have time to take out.
Then she roasted Steven’s eating pattern live on air:
“Pasta + late dinner?
One bite after 6 pm costs you like TEN bites at breakfast when you’re over 40.
Your insulin is still screaming at 3 am.
That’s how you age in fast-forward.”
Her fix?
Dead simple:
- Finish eating by 6-7 pm (non-negotiable as you age)
- Give your body 16+ hours without food regularly
- Trigger autophagy = your brain’s trash disposal service
- Watch mood, energy, focus, and waistline transform in months
She ended with this line that gave me chills:
“At 54 I want to be as sharp, energetic and alive as Steven is right now.
Most people are decaying.
I want to be accelerating.”
If you only watch ONE health clip this year, make it these 6 minutes.
Your 54-year-old self is begging you to hit play.
Who’s committing to their last bite before 7 pm tonight?
(Just sharing a public conversation between Steven Bartlett & Dr. Annette Bosworth, MD — no medical advice, just a wake-up call everyone’s talking about)
