WAR.
Sirens.
Blackouts.
Loss.
Love.
Hope.
Ukraine.
Still here.
Still human.
Still fighting.
Still Ukraine.
I’ve lost time.
I’ve lost places.
I’ve lost pieces of myself.
But I haven’t lost my voice.
I haven’t lost my hope.
I haven’t lost Ukraine.
And I never will.
I often wonder what the fuck is wrong with society 👇
Heartfelt congratulations to the person who dug up the pitch at the Crown Hill Cricket Ground to prove their "success."
You succeeded in your mission.
Westcroft Cricket Club has, with great regret, been forced to withdraw from the league because it is no longer possible for other teams to play in this constant environment of vandalism.
You did not just damage a pitch; you stripped away the favorite sport, the joy, the friendships, and the healthy activities of over 80 children, youths, and adult players.
Congratulations on impacting an entire cricketing community.
Congratulations on undermining the hard work of volunteers who dedicate their time, money, and energy to promote the sport.
Congratulations on disappointing the parents who wanted to see their children engaged in positive activities.
Cricket is not just a game; it is a source of discipline, friendship, respect, and community cohesion.
It is tragic that someone’s negative mindset and destructive actions have washed away the happiness of so many people.
Hopefully, you are satisfied today knowing that a single action of yours has affected dozens of matches, hundreds of hours of hard work, and the happiness of countless individuals. But remember, grounds can be rebuilt, pitches can be prepared again, and the cricket community can bounce back stronger than ever.
Our full support and respect goes out to Westcroft Cricket Club, its players, volunteers, and supporters.
We hope this difficult time passes quickly and that the voices of children and youth will once again echo through the cricket ground.
A Call to the Community
We request all readers to strongly condemn this shameful act. The person who damaged the cricket ground and pitch did not just dig up soil—they attacked the happiness of dozens of children, youth, and athletes.
If you also believe that damaging sports fields, youth activities, and community hard work is unacceptable, then please raise your voice against this act.
Express your condemnation at least once, so a message goes out that our community will never accept such negative and destructive behavior.
Your single comment, a word, or even one voice can serve as proof of standing with this community.
Show solidarity with Westcroft Cricket Club, its 80+ players, and all its volunteers.
Sports stand for love, unity, and positive engagement. It is the responsibility of us all to discourage those who destroy them.

Today I mourn with Lavra.
This was one of my favorite photos taken there.
As someone from Donbas, I have seen this before.
russia called my Donbas “theirs”
They turned it into ruins.
They call Lavra “theirs”
And tonight they hit it too.
Every time russia claims something belongs to them, I fear for its future.
Today I feel nothing but pain and anger.
Nah, it's from invading your neighbors to destroy towns and cities, bombing children's hospitals, apartment buildings, churches, bus stops, and infrastructure amidst cold winters to freeze millions of people, hunting civilians with drones, raping, abducting... among other things
Did you know that the first women to land on the Normandy beachhead in June 1944 were nurses of Queen Alexandra’s Imperial Nursing Service?
Their task was to establish a field hospital for 600 wounded soldiers.
They succeeded.
Please remember these heroines who saved lives:
Every time I read that sanctions against Russia should not be made tougher because they might affect “оrdinary Russians,” I have one question.
Why is the world so concerned that Russians might have a less comfortable life, yet speaks far less about Ukrainians who are being kіІIеd every day by Russian mіssiles and drones?
Sanctions may cause economic hardship for Russians. But that hardship does not thrеаten their lives. It does not dеstroy their homes in the middle of the night. It does not burу their children under the rubble. It does not force them to wake up to еxplosions and live with the fеar of losing their loved ones every single day.
So what is the logic?
Why does the comfort of citizens of the аggressor state matter more to some people than the lives of those their state is kіIІіng?
For years, we Ukrainians have been paying the highest price -with our lives, our health, our homes, and our future. And when someone argues that Russians must be protected from the consequences of sanctions while remaining silent about protecting Ukrainians from Russian mіssiles, it looks like moral blіndness.
I am not concerned about the comfort of people whose state brings dеаth to my nation every day.
I am concerned about the lives of Ukrainians.
The commemoration of the bravery, tragedy and importance of D-Day is not ever the place to try and score cheap political points. What an ignorant and disrespectful dumbass.
The Somerset Farmhouse of 1 North Street, Williton were approached by a "food influencer" that wanted to charge them £2,000 for a review.
They put out a video of Sally eating a sausage roll instead 😆.
Lets make Sally and the Somerset Farmhouse famous for free.
This is 2-year-old Oleh and his mother, Maryna. Russia killed them in Dnipro on June 2nd when russian missile struck their apartment building🕯💔
The attack also kilked Maryna’s partner, Yuriy, and 13 of their neighbors.
Russian strike on an ambulance in Kherson today.
Russia is systematically tearing Kherson apart, committing one war crime after another. The city is in a desperate, critical situation‼️‼️
This is Oleh.
He was 2.
russia decided that was enough.
A missile hit his home, killing Oleh, his mother, and 14 neighbors.
He never saw peace.
Never started school.
Never had a future.
His life ended before it began.
During russia's attack on Kyiv on June 2, Veronika, a mother of two was killed while running with her children to a shelter.
Her sons, aged 2 and 4, were taken to Okhmatdyt children's hospital. The older boy suffered severe bruising and a hematoma. The younger one sustained much more serious injuries: an explosive fracture of his left elbow, multiple wounds to his face and body, and shrapnel embedded in his soft tissues.
The mother did everything she could to save her children. She did not survive. 💔 Everyone who supports russia has our blood on their hands.
