@RBC claims department you should be embarrassed on your wait times to submit claims by phone. Your online option isn’t an option for credit card claims! Do better!!
@AirCanada can someone please be in touch regarding a recent booking. It’s impossible to reach anyone when I call customer service. I want a refund not a credit.

Kelly Silverstein was a family man, coach, mentor & friend who loved kids and sports. In 2006, his life was taken by leukemia.
In honour of Kelly, the Kelly Silverstein Memorial Fund was created and to the day, it has raised $500K+ to help ensure all kids have a right to play.
