@SCMZimbabwe National D. President /Human Rights Defender /@amnestyzim YPA 2024 /PoliticalScientist/Ghetto yut who has something to say Freedom◾Peace ◾Justice.
The struggle for the emancipation of our people has been derailed,in our quest to liberate the masses,we have inadvertently diverted our energies towards destructive pursuits aganist each other. It is crucial that we recalibrate our intentions and our focus towards common goal.
Today the Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3 was read for the first time in Parliament, and tomorrow is the second reading when debate will commence. I will be submitting on the Order Paper tomorrow morning my proposed amendments, which I summarized from the original MDC and CCC constitutional reform proposals, as well as issues raised by several international and regional election observer missions. I have consulted the people I represent in Kuwadzana, and the dominant view is that we must fight for people's issues that level the electoral playing field. This is the approach that I will be taking.
CAB3 violates our political rights enshrined in 67 as it takes away our right to vote for a president, and Chapter 4 of our constitution is entrenched in s328, which is why we need a referendum.

🚨🚨The High Court today upheld the decision of the Magistrates Court to deny Emmanuel Sitima bail. The judge concluded that there was no misdirection by the lower court in denying the two bail. Sitima and Mhuka were arrested for malicious damage of property worth $10 US!

ZINASU President Liberty Hamauswa, alongside Dylan, Richard, and Takunda, appeared in court today. Bail ruling expected Monday. We continue to call for the protection of constitutional rights, due process, and civic freedoms.
Standing in solidarity with my dear brother Liberty @HamauswaZW and all the students arrested yesterday for nothing more than standing in solidarity with the oppressed. God sees, he knows, he’ll judge in fearsome majesty. We shall overcome. This present darkness shall be defeated.
The Arrest of Zinasu President Liberty Hamauswa & other students who had attended court in Solidarity with Emmanuel Sitima and Takunda Mhuka today is unjustified .It is a deliberate attempt to silence descending voices against ZANU PF Reign of Terror and Anarchy .ZANU must go!
Strengthening youth and citizen response to submissions on Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3. Let’s engage tomorrow at the X rally as we coordinate strategies and efforts to ensure our voices are heard

Zimbabwe deserves an upgrade, not another loading screen. Same failures. New deadline. Still no delivery.
Extending failure isn’t reform — it’s a subscription.
We’re not renewing. #NoToCAB3
