@keeweefarmz But it's up to the person making the item to decide whether it's their hobby or not. Why do you want to decide for them? Then maybe don't pay chefs or photographers, because some people take photos and cook as a hobby. The solution is simple: If you don't want to pay, don't buy.

@TheSims Four possibilities and I'll be happy: to buy any public plot/holiday home, to hire any NPC, cleaners + interactive item service (e.g. painters, pianists, bartenders, masseurs, etc.) on your plot, to charge money for entering the plot, to open a business on your private plot.

For now I have elevations. There is some work left to do with the interior and yard. I moved it to a 40x40 plot, in its original place in my Brindleton there is a gym that I showed earlier.

I have a problem with ceilings in round rooms. There is a fence here, but in the rooms with walls I have the same thing. Hello, @TheSims , can you please fix this?

@symtherin Possibility to build buildings with different wall heights on one lot. Since we can have different foundations, why not walls?
And walls half a square wide.
