Really liked @ZohoBooks and their free level that supported small organisations (in our case a CIC), but today WITHOUT WARNING they have withdrawn the bank integration from the free tier.
Will need to look as other options out there!

Account locked out so reset - says "Confirm your info on the app" [why? I don't want your ***** app on my phone].
Install the app, and go to "request verification" - and it say "an unexpected error has occurred" AARGH

Now explained problems to a FOURTH customer service person - they will email into the same black hole; Apparently there is no process to escalating to a real person to get a real-time response.
This is a brain-dead process and NOT customer service.
