Donald's lawsuit against the judge in his fraud case has been REJECTED by the Appeals Court.

Donald's lawyers accused Justice Arthur F. Engoron of ignoring an earlier decision that could have barred evidence from the case.

There are a few reasons this is a big deal. Donald will, of course, attempt to appeal the NY decision, so it's great to see his first attempt nuked from orbit.

Looks like it’s time to hide the ketchup at Mar-a-Lago which may very shortly be for sale at the very reasonable price of $18 to $27.6 million. 😎

He lives in a gold tower and has twelve people in his company. He doesn’t run a corporation of hundreds of thousands of people he employs and takes care of. He ran a company of twelve people!

When you direct a film you have seven different unions all wanting different things, you have to find consensus with all of them, and you have to get them moving in the same direction.

He’s never had to do any of that kind of stuff. I just look at it and I laugh when I see him say “Hollywood elite.” Hollywood elite? I don’t have a star on Hollywood Boulevard, Donald Trump has a star on Hollywood Boulevard! Fuck you!"

The entire media (on both sides, including your “friends” at MSNBC) is desperately trying to falsely sell today’s generic hearings as if they were part of an impeachment process when they’re not.

Numerous major news outlets are fictionally referring to these hearings as an “impeachment inquiry,” when these hearings are legally, procedurally, and pragmatically NOT an impeachment inquiry because no vote was even held. These news outlets are flat out engaging in fake news.

Other news outlets are trying to be more coy with their lying. One referred to today’s hearings as “impeachment happenings” (whatever that’s supposed to be). Another major news outlet referred to these hearings as “more of an overview on impeachment inquiry” (those words don’t even go together).

But the ENTIRE media, left right and center, is conspiring to help House Republicans falsely portray these generic non-voted-on hearings as if they were part of an impeachment process. The ENTIRE media is lying to you, in the hope of ginning up phony suspense around these hearings so you’ll get sucked into watching their coverage and boost their ratings.

The media mainstream political media is now National Enquirer level fake news. And god damn them for it. We deserve better these lying media scumbags.

BREAKING: Republicans get terrible news as polling reveals that 29% of Americans will blame them if there is a government shutdown — which is appropriate since Matt Gaetz has already admitted it's their fault.

The same survey found that only 13% said that they would blame Democrats, an unsurprising number since unfortunately a large swath of this country remains in the ignorant MAGA cult.

In the same vein, 14% said that would blame President Biden, which just demonstrates how little Trump supporters understand our government. Biden cannot fund the government, that power rests in the Republican-controlled House.

A final 32% of respondents said that they would blame Democrats, Republicans, and Biden if there's a shutdown. This surprisingly high number shows that despite their continued demonstrated inability to govern, Republicans have muddied the water around this issue.

To be clear: a government shutdown would be solely to blame on Republicans. Kevin McCarthy, perhaps the weakest and least respected Speaker of the House in history, is unable to corral the fascist wing of his party. This is his failure.

Thankfully, we can all play a part in dispelling the confusion. Spread the message that a shutdown would be a result of Republican incompetence and insanity.

We can shift these poll numbers to make them even worse for Republicans, get out the word!

Here's the thing, because I do know the man decently well. He thinks that being a loser or being poor or struggling financially are the absolute worst things. He never learned that playground lesson that winning isn't everything. I honestly think seeing the sign on Trump Tower taken off Fifth Avenue would be more deafening to him than sitting in a prison cell because it says unequivocally that he is a loser."
