@conantnyc I love both fresh & dried. They originally are for different times of year. Using spring lamb with be fantastic with bright, fresh herbs. Mutton might be good with dried oregano and rosemary. They all serve a purpose.

#simonstares I apologize to all for being away for a week. To make up for it here it is a wonderful gift from the chefs @montagebigsky last weekend after my demo. Sourdough bread, with cultured butter and caviar. Very, very nice indeed.

I have just been for an M.R.I. This is something that makes every person with cancer (in fact everyone with a disease that requires it) both frightened and hopeful. To all my fellow cancer warriors out there I hope your recent one points to stability. Here is hoping mine does.

#simonstares at a plate of "Ragu Bolognese" @hermonsla. This restaurant describes itself a "Neighborhood Restaurant " which is true with all the dishes being fairly standard. But, they are all very well done indeed and if I lived or worked around there they would see me often.
