YouTubes process sounds dangerously unjust in that sounds as though I could complete 3 separate intentional false takedown requests for 3 different vids on the same channel just by completing the online notice & that channel would be given 3 strikes & removed

@ObedCab @cedarsjwsurvey @TeamYouTube Thanks. When you say in most cases YouTube automatically takes it down when it gets a 'notice', by 'notice' do you mean the claimant just filling out the online YouTube form in order for that to be enough for the alleged offending channel to receive a strike?

So are you saying the claimant needs to submit the online copyright takedown request form & in addition file documents with a court before the accused channel would receive a strike?
