@thetimes This is nothing but colonialism 2.0 - brazen human rights abuses and zero accountability! Forget stepping down and resigning. There needs to be punishment. Vicarious liability is the legal principle that comes to mind.
@kaptere_mumbi Donovan Jooste is the African Parks manager who gave the unlawful instructions to the staff. I will not stop shining the spotlight on the abuse we faced until this evil person and every other person who violated the human rights of my family has been properly dealt with.
@kaptere_mumbi If he is genuinely invested in trying to do the right thing, then he should reach out and meet with me. I never wrote him an ugly attacking letter. Ignoring the letter shows zero interest, compassion or humanity.
@kaptere_mumbi That may be true but the local npo of which he is a board member is governed by South African law. But have no fear, there is no real law in South Africa so he's safe.
@kaptere_mumbi But have no fear. Nothing will happen to the precious "royal". The local authorities are corrupt and don't have the balls to enforce the law against African Parks. All cases against them just magically vanish or get stuck in permanent limbo.
@ZZeekhumalo@gatewaypundit I wrote to the entire board not just to Prince Harry. I agree, everyone involved must be held to account. Not a single member of the board replied to this letter. Think about that for a second. Especially given how they claim to be taking abuse allegations seriously.
@kaptere_mumbi He is a board member (director) and as such he has a fiduciary duty and a duty of care and diligence. Looking the other way and ignoring letters and emails is a mistake. If he doesn't want that responsibility, he should not be a board member.
@Julie98050036@thetimes I am not an activist. I am a victim of brazen human rights abuse by African Parks senior staff. If they were trying they would have accepted my invitation to meet. Instead they ignored my letters. This won't end until those who abused my family have been held to account.
@kaptere_mumbi Many elected government officials are just as evil. I went to our officials for help and they refused to help me based on my race. We live in sad times and evil people are in control. I contacted multiple human rights NGOs and law firms. Non would get involved.
@kaptere_mumbi When I was unlawfully evicted, I knew the guards. They could not look me in the eyes and some of the African guards apologized and told me they were just following orders or they would lose their jobs. Think about that for a second.
@kaptere_mumbi The question is, who benefits from the unlawful evictions and abuse? Do you really think the guards who removed the villagers are the beneficiary of these crime? Or are they just a staff member following unlawful orders?
@kaptere_mumbi I approve of supporting local communities. I do not approve of human rights abuse and brazen criminal behaviour and will never stop speaking out against it. At first I thought they were heroes when they took over our rhino project but then I experienced the abuse first hand.
@kaptere_mumbi The name of the firm says it all. If there is nothing to hide then the full uncensored report should be made public, just like the Epstein files. Full disclosure, full transparency. If there is nothing to hide, then there is no reason to not release the files.
@BescoEliz49762@gatewaypundit I agree. As a victim of abuse I put the offer on the table. The response or should I say lack of response tells everyone what they need to know. Any senior board member with even the slightest humanity would have taken the offer to meet.
