@Matalan Had an awful, rude mature cashier who told me that she wouldn’t serve me at the till, (I was with my wife and children and I’m disabled) and I had to go to the Self service tills where she rudely called the ‘woman’ over and told her to scan my shopping-Brislington store!

Strange amounts owing from meter readings. ��1800 last year and another £500 this year because a NEW smart meter didn’t take the readings hmmmm.
Has anyone else had problems I wonder?

@amazonnews @amazon Really disappointed at Amazons new age restricted policy. I understand the need totally but not everyone has or can get a Credit card. After 2 calls to customer service- one telling me that it’s possible and today it’s not. 2 accounts cancelled

@NatWest_Help And now 34 minutes on hold so far for 24 hr banking helpline. I have been with NatWest 40+ years and you have closed every branch near me except city centre but as I am disabled, there’s no way I can get there! So anyone help?

@NatWest_Help Have spent last 3 days trying to get a statement on the NatWest app for a savings account that I haven’t used for 10 years as evidence for Universal Credit, chatted on NatWest online app Cora over last 3 days for a statement and every agent has said something different

@edfenergy Please contact my wife as emailed 6 days ago on hello@, she left a message on X as advised by Rosy but still nothing. We put meter readings in and it says we owe £950+ BUT we have had a meter for over 18 months! Cancelled DD and 24 hours later you reply we will charge you full !

@JustEatUK DM’d at 9pm privately on here regarding for cold food, missing part of order and very late delivery. No reply. Offered £4.84 on app but refused as I am not paying a delivery charge also for poor service, food and late delivery.
