So happy to see this finally coming through. Barriers for so many folks with disabilities have multiplied since the pandemic began. In Canada, we take care of each other and we can do even more.
Today our government announced its plan to move forward on providing a one-time, tax-free payment of $600 to Canadians with disabilities. We will be proposing legislation and expanding it to support 1.7 million Canadians during the COVID-19 pandemic. #AccessibleCanada
