I've been seeing more AI chatbot providers selling into UK estate agencies. Some of them are built to sound completely human. The customer has no idea they're talking to AI.
I dont like that 😐

I was on stage last month talking to property pros about where AI fits in their agency. The thing that made everyone stop. "Save time" isn't a goal. If you go in with that as your outcome you will waste time not save it. Name the task. Map every step. That's where the hours hide.
