@JDhelpteam 2 emails and a tweet yet still no response from JD sports concerning my order. This customer service is shocking, your happy to take my money but not reply back to emails or tweets. The customer service line is too busy so can’t talk to anyone, very disappointed
@JDhelpteam I placed an order on the 22nd November it’s taken till today to finally text to tell me there is a delay. But for how long??? This was a birthday present not for Xmas. Least JD sports could do is advise durations
