@SkyHelpTeam how long after a couple of claps of thunder and a bit of rain do we get any channels back? Been over 2 hours since the ‘storm’ and all we have on screen is “Technical Fault”. The problem can’t be rain, surely!?
@SkyHelpTeam If only that was possible. The same technical fault causing the channels to not work prevents any programmes being downloaded from On Demand. Maybe check before misadvising?
@SkyHelpTeam The links don’t help as they tell me how to cancel online, but your website then won’t let me cancel. I’ve sent a complaint, but all I want is to cancel the package. @Ofcom this is not good enough is it?
