Infill site - Planning Consent granted for a new family home on an infill site in Bath. Utilising the existing infrastructure of roads and services this new development enables the sustainable densification of the suburban grain.
A contemporary house extension within the Bath Conservation Area has been designed to reduce the presence of the proposed volume by nestling the new facilities within the ground.
Situated on a secluded former victorian quarry and landfill site in Tytherington, three new dwellings are close to completion for a multi-generational family. The homes adopt a fabric first approach constructed in highly insulated lightweight timber frames.
