@shaun_vids Depends where you are. Midwest? Horns are used sparingly, and often begin blood feuds. LA? Horns are a sort of language, and can mean anything from "move over", to "I regret eating ribs for lunch". If you go to China, horns are used to the point that their silence is alarming.
