@sewateruk Why do you no longer provide these water usage stats? Is it an attempt to make it less obvious that the ever increasing bills are NOT related to increased usage? How do you expect customers to adjust their usage if you don't make it easy to see if they need to?
@bandq_help Is there any way to filter out marketplace listings from the app or website? I am finding it impossible to find products that I might be able to go and get from one of your stores. I'd rather go to the store knowing exactly what I am looking for and if it's in stock.

@sainsburys As we are getting so much less payback from Nectar nowadays it is probably time to try out other supermarkets to find out if there are better options. So called "loyalty" cards no longer rewarding loyalty.
@sainsburys So, first week of having to "unlock" personal Nectar prices. Not a problem, I thought, as have to unlock bonus points already. But just FIVE Nectar prices none of which personalised in any way. Continuing the trend of giving less back in payment for all our data.

@discogs I have always logged into my account using my Google account. Now it is asking me to reset my password. The whole idea of using my Google account is that it takes care of the authentication without the need for a discogs password. What gives?

@nectar I have just noticed that I have had 5.5K points used from my card, either fraudulently or in error. Completely different area in stores that I have never visited. What happened to only being able to spend points in your "home" store? I will drop you a DM with details.
@O2 Any idea when orders for last month's Pixel Watch 2 offer are likely to be processed? ยฃ300 taken immediately. Will be 4 weeks on Tuesday, but no update. Cannot even see my order in my account. If there is a further delay then fine. I would just like to know what to expect.
@BandQ Just an idea for you. Rather than emailing B&Q Club coupons, perhaps you could add them to the account section of the app and auto remove once expired. Much easier than trying to remember the terms of an email, tracking down & finding it expired anyway. Thanks. :)
@SamKing1984@sainsburys@SainsburysNews We get this all the time with both garlic and onions. The only people that benefit from the removal of best before dates are Sainsbury's, as they can sell us old stock that isn't for fit consumption and ends up in the bin.
@TMBC_Kent Whilst I hate fly-tipping & agree with large fines, the increase in instances is partly of your own doing. I, and many others, predicted it would get worse when you refused to reinstate the weekend bulky refuse collections after COVID. Bring them back!
