So @BTCare Roam from Home is activated on my two accounts, and website says it should just work. It doesn’t. How do I get you to activate my two SIMS? My @VodafoneUK account worked flawlessly as soon as the plan landed!

@BTCare Sure! Both numbers have ‘Roam from Home’ activated but will not connect to the local network in Corfu. I have read troubleshooting on BT forums and posts say it has to be activated at your end- even though all your instructions on your website say it should just connect..
