It seems to me, how bad an instance is, depends on how much suffering is inflicted on the victim (among other factors).
I can easily imagine an instance of rape that is far worse than having sex with a teenager

@RobertWringhim I have been to the end of time once. Fucked me up pretty bad. It took me ~2 years to feel mostly normal again. The thing that helped the most was taking anti-psychotics. Made me feel normal almost imedeatly. After a year of taking them, I barely need them anymore

Ideally? Of all the systems of ethics I have seen I like mine best (obviously, otherwise I would have switched). If the decision was up to me, I would decide in accordance with my own utility function.
