@mrmarketj @British_Airways No, I went via their Chat. Once I got past the Bot I was texting a human. He was nice and said that they're actively looking to give the money back. I think so many people are ***** off trying to book things on the phone that as a PR exercise it's the way to win. Here's hoping!
