Hukum Formal memang tidak mengenal sebab akibat. Yg diproses adl 'sedang melakukan apa'. Hukum tdk mau tau 'disebabkan' oleh apa; lapar, kalut, iseng, atau memang sdh profesinya. Benar² kita hnya mengandalkan Hakim agar sbuah tindakan kriminal ditimbang sedari ujung sampai pangkal.
