HOME3 2.0 is nearly here. The app is now feature-complete with 20 AI-powered tools designed to deliver professional-grade real estate workflows directly inside the platform.
We're currently running final QA checks before launch, with only one external dependency remaining that is expected to be resolved within 1 day. Once cleared, we're ready to ship.
HOME3 2.0 introduces major upgrades across the board, including Rent vs Buy comparisons, side-by-side Property Comparison tools, advanced mortgage calculations with PMI/MIP support for FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional loans, and CMA reports featuring detailed per-comp adjustment grids that show exactly how valuations are calculated.
Deep dive reports now include WalkScore data, nearby schools, tax history, and climate risk insights, while offer drafting supports escalation clauses, appraisal gaps, seller concessions, and expiration timers.
Closing cost estimates now account for earnest money and seller credits, all major PDF deliverables include branded cover pages, and the AI can now cross-reference reports to automatically flag potential risks and inconsistencies.

🔸 Prop3 Deployment on Integra Testnet
As part of our continued development efforts, we've successfully completed the deployment of Prop3 on the Integra testnet.
To properly simulate real market conditions, we built an automated wallet infrastructure capable of generating and managing large sets of wallets with distinct behavioral profiles, including bulls, bears, holders, and active day traders. These wallets are used to simulate primary market participation and the transition into secondary market activity within the Prop3 ecosystem.
🔸 Home3 2.0 Release Timeline Update
As part of our push to complete the Prop3 Integra testnet deployment to a high standard, additional development time was allocated toward finalizing core infrastructure and testing systems.
With the Integra deployment now finalized, our focus has shifted fully back to Home3 2.0 as we finalize deliverables, complete cleanup, and prepare for launch.
Home3 2.0 is scheduled for release by May 22.

🔸 Opening Night
Qatar announced a QAR 2B investment into the startup ecosystem, unlocking new opportunities that we'll actively be exploring as we scale Prop3 and the wider Home3 ecosystem.
🔸 Pitching & Investor Meetings
On pitching day, we met with two Qatar-based VCs - Rasmal Ventures and Builders VC - and have already followed up to continue discussions.
🔸 Strategic Partnerships
We have also connected with a major Qatari real-estate developer and identified potential partners that could help us optimize and reduce operational fees across the platform.
🔸 Regulatory & Expansion Progress (Days 2–3)
We officially submitted our MENA branch application via the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) and met with the Fund of Funds team under the Qatar Investment Authority, who expressed interest in supporting us as a Qatar-based startup.
Our QFC registration also comes with a 3-year waiver on costs and taxes, a major boost as we expand in the region.

We attended an exclusive VC-only event, building valuable connections across Qatar and the US that will support both fundraising and long-term growth.

Prop3 Development Update
We're continuing to refine the backend admin panel, adding new screens and strengthening how permissions and controls are handled across the platform.
As part of our QCB Sandbox requirements, we're introducing tiered admin roles to meet regulatory and compliance standards. High-level Prop3 admins will be able to mint properties, with multi-admin approval flows to reduce the risk of fraud or abuse.
We're also building regulatory-level, read-only accounts, along with staff-level access for monitoring and support without exposure to sensitive information.
These controls are critical for Sandbox participation and long-term regulated deployment.
With the QFTH pre-accelerator program completed a few days ago, we're now awaiting the final decision from the QFTH team. Once confirmed, we'll be sharing the outcome with the community.
In parallel, development continues on the Prop3 app, with a focus on polishing, bug fixing, and expanding functionality. We're actively adding new screens and features to refine the overall user experience. Below are a few snapshots from different areas of the app as it continues to take shape.
Alongside product development, we're also working on a visual rebrand. Home3 will remain the central hub, with products like Prop3 aligned under a consistent and cohesive brand system. We'll be sharing a first look at the upcoming rebrand soon.
Following the completion of the pre-accelerator, we're continuing conversations with investors across Qatar, the wider MENA region, and the US, while advancing our US strategy in close collaboration with our business development team.

As we close out the year, we're making strong progress across multiple fronts:
🔸 Qatar Web Summit
As previously announced, we have been selected for a booth at the Qatar Web Summit in Doha this February. This will give us the opportunity to showcase our product to the public, engage directly with investors, and connect with industry leaders. We'll also be participating in mentor hours and workshops while operating our booth throughout the event. Preparations for the event are currently in progress.
🔸 Prop3 Pitch & Documentation
We're continuing to refine the Prop3 pitch deck and supporting documentation, ensuring everything is clear, aligned, and investment-ready as we move into the next phase.
🔸 Sandbox Submission Preparation
Work is well underway on the Sandbox submission documentation, with the goal of submitting by the end of this year. This is a key milestone as we progress toward regulatory readiness.
🔸 Ecosystem Rebrand & UI Preview
An ecosystem-wide (re)branding reveal is coming soon, positioning HOME3 as the central hub with consistent branding across all products. Alongside this, we'll be sharing an early look at the refreshed Prop3 app UI in the next couple of days.
We've continued making steady progress on the Prop3 app, with a focus on payments, trading UX, and sandbox readiness.
What we're working on now:
🔸 Finalizing Stripe integration - we're working through the remaining edge cases and are very close to having fiat on/off ramps fully operational in the sandbox environment.
🔸 Refining the order book UI to improve clarity and usability.
Recent improvements:
🔸 Updated depth chart visuals that clearly display buy and sell walls.
🔸 A redesigned order book that is more informative and visually intuitive (currently using static data for UI validation).
🔸 Ongoing work to support localization of funds, allowing users to clearly distinguish between currencies such as QAR, USD, and others.
What's next:
🔸 Once the fiat flow and order book updates are finalized, we'll begin integrating devnet APIs. This will enable actual deposits, buys, sells, and withdrawals within the sandbox environment.
