Just done 2 nights as ICU cons, found tough. Although my role is decision making and a lot of these are difficult, spending 12 hrs in a bedspace in full PPE, that is massive. Hats off to all our staff who are doing this - you are brilliant @rbhtherapyteam@RBNHSFT@ICU_Reading
