@collin_little @GillDurham @GordonDunsmuir Don't get me wrong, it'll be hard for the first few years but after that we'll get stronger and stronger. And, ultimately, we'll have a government voted by us to work for us, not against us. And if it all goes south Edinburgh's a lot closer than London๐
Great service at @run4itonline (Maybury). Say hello to my new running buddies Hoka Clifton Edge and Hoka Carbon X. ๐
Can't wait to try them out in my next training sessions (although the Carbon X are going to be reserved for speed work/ racing only)
@lewis_niamh Wow - glad to hear you're ok (if a bit battered and bruised). Bikes can be replaced, people can't. :) I've noticed that the standard of driving has definitely dipped since Lockdown - especially now the roads are getting busier again.
@spimees In what way? I was there when it happened and we discussed how a 'sippy cup' could have fixed it. None of us mentioned 'cancer' or 'the embodiment of fixing/perfecting something that shouldn't exist.'
Lighten up.

I'm taking a season out of triathlon (focusing on running whilst keeping the cycling and swimming ticking over.) If you want to to improve drop Joel a mail. I improved massively with my time there. ๐

Yesterdayโs brick session was a 1 hour short, sharp and very warm session. Legs havenโt felt that beasted in a while! Good fun though ๐
