Feeling better at home eating fermented foods, whole fat yogurt and grass fed beef. I will heal. First I need to get off the oxygen.

Out of the hospital on oxygen. Dr told me I was special because the could see the mitral valve leak on the echo, but not heart in the stethoscope.

I hate setbacks

Will diet make a difference in the mitral valve leaking? It has already. Why not all the way?

I was supposed to have open heart surgery. Mitral valve was leaking severely. 3 months later it’s leaking only moderately, don’t need the surgery. Will keep an eye on it.

Organic home grown veggies are great. Organic from the store is better than not at all.
