Information coming in now that @MumbaiPolice has released some of the female protestors but is still detaining male protestors, many of them people who didn’t even get a chance to protest- which btw, is a Constitutional right. But tell that to our law enforcers today!
Hello @CPMumbaiPolice ? Why are students still detained in police stations across Mumbai? It is past sunset, some of them had not even gone to Chaityabhoomi or any other protest site, minors are being held. Police say they have no orders to release them.
Regional newspapers doing what national media fails to do: stories that tell truth to power and have real impact on ground . Good to see @oheraldogoa established in 1900 coming up with solid stories every morning!👍
🚨 İran'dan Çok Anlamlı Hareket! 👌
🇮🇷 İran milli Futbolcuları Amerika Birleşik Devletleri tarafından öldürülen 168 kız öğrencinin rozetlerini takarak Dünya kupasına geldi..
Helal olsun 👏👏
Everyone doubted @obruzon. Everyone targeted him. Many still do. Irrespective of the final result, he deserves immense respect. To take @eastbengal_fc this close to a @IndianFootball league title after 27 years is no ordinary achievement.
So many coaches came and went. He stayed, absorbed the pressure, stood his ground and kept doing his job. That deserves acknowledgement.

IMPORTANT: Home minister @AmitShah has declared a ‘WAR ON DRUGS’. Good and not a moment too soon.
India’s drug crisis is HUMONGOUS and is no longer confined to so called ‘Udta Punjab’. From mountain lands to beaches, drugs are a menace.
Heroin addiction is rising in J&K.
Haryana has seen record NDPS cases.
Manipur’s continuing violence has narco terror links .
Gujarat has become a major trafficking gateway.
Maharashtra is witnessing rising synthetic drug seizures.
Goa’a entrenched drug networks have led to rising crime.
Kerala too is facing what one IPS officer tells me is a ‘drug emergency’
A ‘war on drugs” cannot remain a slogan. It needs relentless policing, clean politics, Centre-state coordination and secure borders.
Qs is: who will break the links of drug mafias who have political/police patronage in key parts of the country?
