sorry for the confusion this is a python tool i made after vrc allowed players to move the viewpoint via OSC in the Beta. this is not a tool to distribute and needs technical knowledge to install. tho no there is no unity set up needed at all. this works just on setting a new view point height so it works with all avatars even ones with no scaler I know of several groups making a public polished version it will take time tho just don't buy any solutions from prefab makers.
