This is how I solved it.
1) Try use an Iphone with good camera
2) Login through Safari browser not App
3) Why taking your ID picture, ❌Do not use auto as it will keep rejecting the back side ✅Use the Manuel to take the picture clearly and closely then take your Selfish test and submit
4) Thank me later😊
