@BofA_Help The claims team reversed the initial temporary credit that they gave us to correct the error. And they are giving me the run around as if an Atm would give you credit for a deposit that never happened

@BankofAmerica #fail we did a$400 cash atm deposit. Atm receipt showed an error and said $300 and sorry for the inconvenience. THEN deducted the $300 almost a month later. We called they gave us a temporary $400 credit and just notified us they are reversing the credit. #newbank
