Don’t share your life stories.

Hiring managers hear that 20 times a day.

What they’re really asking is:
“Can you prove your value quickly?”

Here’s how to prove your value using the STAR technique:

Situation – What was wrong
Task – What were you responsible for?
Action – What did you do to solve this problem?
Result – What improved?

Now answer the question like this 👇

“In my last role, tasks were often delayed because updates weren’t clear, and I was responsible for tracking progress. To fix the situation, I introduced short daily updates, and deadlines started getting met consistently.”

End with:
