@Govmentson @Mista_Sean @boye4christ2006 Not the matter of case by case boss. That’s just the rules since last year July 2025. You get your COS before July 2025 anytime any day you can add your dependant and no refusal. I am a victim so I know what the rules says.

@OfficialSamkayz @boye4christ2006 I am victim so I know what I am saying. Even the mighty NHS no more dependant except if you’re on RQF level 6 that’s when they allow dependant. If you get person wey get dependant after the rules were made then tell them to prove it right to you.
