Bihar Police is investigating the paper leak and has arrested brokers who charged from anywhere between 30-50 lakhs, they have said they suspect even a Jharkhand gang was involved in this. But here the Education Minister instead of seeking transparency is busy defending the lapses of administration.
The arrogance hasn’t been tamed least bit.
