@WhatTheADHD@PolarHabits is a web app that doesn't reset when you miss a day - it just dips a little and shows you how quickly you can gain momentum back if you pick it up again. Have really liked it so far.
Do you use a screen reader or have a disability that makes it challenging to consume digital content?
If so, what do you wish more people knew about accessibility and digital media?
I'm on a mission to make extremely accessible content for the ADHD blog I run. Anything helps!
@alexconnerbham Yup, it's a thing 😭 But you obviously don't have to use it and pay for the sugar pills... I only got homeopathy when bedridden with the flu as a child, got over it, subsequently needed antibiotics for a superinfection 🙄 What a waste of time.
@StructuredSucc This almost exactly describes me! Just add random finger flexing and piano hands to crab hands. (and usually only turning in semi circles)
An upcoming article on the Inflow Blog will cover nicotine addiction + ADHD.

@WhatTheADHD Strong reader, but she needs to learn not to rush ahead when reading and have patience with other students when it's not her turn.
(they took so excruciatingly long! 😫)
@ivan007@ADHDnMe@get_inflow Full disclosure: I'm a freelance writer and write for their blog.
Just wanted to mention that they do indeed send warnings before the free trial expires and also refund you if you missed the cancellation period in spite of the reminder.
One of the cruel ironies of ADHD is that even though we often struggle just to start tasks we want to do or are important to us,
We ALSO struggle to not get entirely overwhelmed impulsively starting projects.
