IFP MAYOR NEPOTISM & USING MURDER ACCUSED TO LOOT MUNICIPALITY: In the first picture is Inkosi Langalibalele Mayor Mr Mduduzi Myeza (left) pictured with his cousin Mr Nkosinathi Ndlovu. Mayor Myeza has appointed his cousin Ndlovu as the municipality’s Director of Public Works & Services. The only experience Ndlovu has is that he previously worked as “Office of the Mayor Manager” having been appointed to this position by Mayor Myeza. One of the roles of Ndlovu as Director of Public Works & Services is to implement all municipal capital projects, including managing municipal contractors, meaning he’s in charge of the municipality’s budget spending in terms of tenders & he’s in charge of determining the performance of suppliers to the municipality. The second picture (arrow) is of Mr S.Z. Biyela who goes by the name of “Mbopha”, and he’s seen in this picture with Mayor Myeza on his right, now remember Mayor Myeza’ cousin Ndlovu is in charge of municipality tenders, so Biyela is Ndlovu’s friend, so Ndlovu & Mayor Myeza use Biyela’s company Simhle Sokutions Group to loot the Inkosi Langalibalele Municipality, & Biyela is a multi millionaire from looting municipality funds. One such tender is the leasing of this truck owned by Biyela but it’s branded under the official coat of arms of the Inkosi Langalibalele Municipality to give the impression it’s owned by the municipality.
