@AnthonyGElias its all good, well I cant speak for people who pay to hate watch so I have no idea either. Maybe people still have hope for something good to come out of Hollywood.
If you didn't tell me this then your phrasing was wrong, should have been "so why are people paying to hate watch it" the way you phrased it assumes you're talking to me
The hypocrisy in the post is about her not understanding why people are hesitant to watch another girl boss movie after repeated failures for the past 10 years, pretty simple argument.
You can try to misunderstand this too to make your point but that just means you're straw manning my argument which is the whole purpose of my original post:
Intentionally misunderstanding things to make your point is toxic, please grow up
#MillyAlcock says she’s “honored” by fans’ queer readings of #Supergirl:
“I’ve had a few people ask me about her because it’s Pride Month and all that, and I think that she’s a really great representation of what a modern woman can be. She can be strong, she can be tough, she can be messy. And I love how this film doesn’t center around any sort of love or romance or anything like that at all. She has such resilience — and I think that [the LGBTQ+] community is so, so resilient. I’m really honored that they can connect to her.”

@ToIkienverse Meryl Streep is still ugly, you can still be ugly and act well and the debate is on her looks not her acting. Your logic is blowing my mind
