A human skeleton was found in a box near Kali Temple on Minto Road, Delhi.

The box was found at a scrap dealer’s premises.

The scrap dealer told police that he collects waste from a college.

The skeleton was found inside a box among the waste collected from the college.

Police have launched an investigation to ascertain the identity of the deceased and how the skeleton reached the location.

Rattan, my experience is that Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton, etc., have very poor hospitality protocols. Because of that, I shifted my favourite to Taj. In my experience, Taj, @TajHotels Oberoi, Lalit, ITC, @ITCHotels, and Leela @LeelaHotels have the best hospitality and guest-relations protocols. They have adapted effectively to local Hospitality customs and traditions. If you stay anytime in good hotels in New York, etc., you will prefer Airbnb over the hotels there. So, in the future, try the chains I mentioned; you will rarely be disappointed.

I checked into my room and wanted a local guest to visit me for a meeting for about an hour, but your staff refused to allow them in unless I paid an additional ₹1,500.

If I’ve already booked and paid for a room, why should I be charged extra just because someone is visiting me briefly?

To make matters worse, one of your employees Mr Masood responded with, “Do whatever you want to,” displaying a completely unprofessional attitude.

Hospitality is about treating guests with respect and courtesy. I hope Hyatt trains its staff to handle such situations with professionalism and basic customer service.
