Click “yes” on the [Niamey-Logan] error with caution, lots of posts and websites are saying it just resets your classes but keeps every unlock. This wasn’t the case for me or a lot of people, lost all my gun unlocks, classes, skins and my rank reset from 55 to 1.

@JagexAsh It definitely should have a mini-quest, quest or extra requirements to wield, polling that would be good. At worst, it doesn’t pass and nothing is changed, at best, it passes and people spend more time on the game to acquire it.

@JagexAsh can I ask why the voidweaver was introduced with 50% spec/doesn’t have any quest or other requirements behind it?

It would make it more more sort after and unpredictable as it wouldn’t be so common and easy to obtain for the tier of weapon it is. Too late to change?

@JagexAsh I think the general consensus is that it’s a very powerful weapon, available to anyone. If you’ve got gold to buy it, then you don’t need to interact with that (massive update) at all. It should at least have the 78 attack requirement.

@JagexAsh So there are no requirements aside from combat stats? The appeal of the korasi, was it was hard to obtain, untradable + you could improve it, by grinding to obtain ancient curses or the ring of vigour, so you could double spec. Now it’s just handed to you? Any way to combat that?
