This is not my experience. What took 5 days a week ago with Codex 5.5, chatGPT 5.5 planning and Grok Build 2.5 Composer implimenting the system level stuff now takes a little over an hour.
I've made regular progress on my project with more flexibility and a LOT less deadends and rebuilds of features.
Infact I haven't had to rebuild a feature yet.
if the usage rate holds and it isn't quantized down to uselessness this is an actual thing.
I want to make something clear..
Community Notes is not wikipedia, it is not meant to be a truth machine that is only viewed in one angle or one light.
it is a community note.
Something relevent culturally, informative and necessary to understand the context of the post.
@PlayStation You are getting these community notes because you have culturally misunderstood the value and enjoyment you have brought to millions of people.
The community note system is functioning properly to bring important context to your recent decisions to hurt consumers and gamers rights.
Just make good games, make as many as you can, sell them in every method and mechanism available. Thats what made you great before.. good games. Not the mechanisms you tried to lock players as an eco system.
Thanks for bringin us dvds and blurays and all of the other fancy stuff.
Im just gonna leave this here..

Shut up. The guy is pouring hundreds of dollars and tons of hours to try and make the system work. At some point negative framing, negative connotations is expected and improves AI performance.
Respecting a turd is the most absurd thing I've heard on x.
If you've used Grok Heavy then you understand it is completely incapable of doing research of any kind. It also lacks any sort of html building or tool calling functions that 4.3 and other platforms have right now. It hallucinates about its capability but is literally marketed as a flagship top teir reseach based AI.
I spent hundreds of hours trying to get the Heavy parts of supergrok heavy subscription to work functionally.. they do not operate better in anyway than a supergrok subscription. It was absolutely devestating when I found it out. Kept finding the edges of its capability and realized.. 4.3 is very close to 4.1 fast mode, it has almost no critical thinking at all but it hallucinates less. SuperGrok heavy cannot reason at all like a GPT 5.2 could let alone GPT 5.5.
Heavy is actually a trash model. They knew it didn't work well, it costs too much to run when they tossed 4.2 out as it would over commit (each agent would echo chamber each other agent.. despite having descriptors on them they didn't functionally -as the user intuition would expect- perform those functions.. they were just clone copies.
The guy is frustrated he got sold an illusion. I understand how he feels. He's not a bad guy.. is upset and feels lied to and like he spent his money on a broken deal.
Here is a visual of the reduction in usage or aka rate limits.
Left image is one days current usage rates
Right image, is one days with of usages just a few weeks ago.
This weekend, our safety systems incorrectly triggered and banned around 200 accounts. Everyone affected has been reinstated.
Here's what happened. A thread 🧵
Your direct competitors and peers specifically target the post two hour framing. This isn’t a you nor a player problem at all. Ashes of creation deliberately rug pulled as well as tons of game media.
Make a great game.. let em refund.. make more content.. build your brand. Be the difference not saying players should lose autonomy or you sell off the entire gaming community to the filth that has been delivering predatory content in greater and greater measure.
Don’t blame steam either .. they are about the only vector creating a legit space for gamers.
So.. keep making games. You made 55k people interact, make another game.. get more.
Stop trying to turn entire systems into harvest mechanisms the ruin the entire culture and economy.
The pricing on this is not clear. Is this a rebranded local model that loads api's from other paid services like ChatGPT, Claude etc?
What is this exactly that differentiates the product? Also how does it protect privacy, how does it protect from prompt injection or other aspects specifically from apps that can be downloaded and used from the app store..
So many questions with a vague layout.
In essence is this just a wrapper loading up other models like an open router might be, and with a paid for subscription on top of it?
The vram is garbage (as far as I've seen its 8 gb vram, barely anything to work with) and throughput bandwidth is throttled.
Life cycle is around 2.5 years, after that things start breaking on it which can and has in my case twice resulted in entire replacements of the laptop not just a fix this component here solution.
I liked the MSI gaming laptops from costco, problem is they just deteriorate too fast, buttons pop off, over heats, graphics issues.
Heads up.
Its very expensive to rebuild your way out of that hole into a new current generations desktop tower.
Pretty awful interactions. Especially when a supergrok heavy subscription is currently more than it is to lease a tesla outright..
This is not the "Limits will be increased" experience I expected when @elonmusk posted https://t.co/i1WL3NRm8e
https://t.co/49taIcOEw4
Credit to random guy on reddit .. gonna just repaste his findings here.
Let’s get straight to the point.
I tested the limits on two supergrok heavy accounts
here is the raw data:
Daily limits account with supergrok heavy subscription
A. Images Quality mode
Total outputs: 584
Of which moderated: 38
B. 720p 10S with dialogue
Total outputs: 87
Of which moderated: 24
C. Image edits
Total outputs: 95 ( i did not hit the limit, i gave up on trying )
Of which moderated: 14
D. 480p 10s with dialogue
Total outputs: 134
Of which moderated: 44
E. Images speed mode
Total outputs: 1644 ( i did not hit the limit, i gave up on trying )
Of which moderated: 504
Weekly limits account supergrok heavy subscription used From 0 to 16%
A. Images Quality mode
Total outputs: 64
Of which moderated: 7
B. 720p 10S
Total outputs: 77
Of which moderated: 38
C. 720p 10S with dialogue
Total outputs: 6
Of which moderated: 2
D. 720p 15S
Total outputs: 3
Of which moderated: 2
E. 720p 15S with dialogue
Total outputs: 12
Of which moderated: 8
F. Image edits
Total outputs: 4
Of which moderated: 0
Takeaway and more maths:
The weekly-limit account used 16%, and 16% × 7 = 112%, so yes, I should have stopped closer to 14% for a cleaner one-seventh weekly estimate.
But even with that small overcount, the result is still heavily in favor of the daily-limit system.
Also, I separated some videos as “with dialogue” because I expect dialogue generations to cost more resources, but that is only a hypothesis for now.
For the sake of comparison, I merged dialogue and non-dialogue entries when they match the same base type.

If we ignore Images Speed mode
Images Speed mode is the most extreme discrepancy, so let’s remove it completely from the daily account.
Daily account without Images Speed mode:
2,544 - 1,644 = 900 outputs per day
Moderated outputs without Images Speed mode:
624 - 504 = 120 moderated
Moderation rate without Images Speed mode:
120 / 900 = 13.33%
So even ignoring the biggest advantage of the daily-limit account:
900 outputs per day × 7 days = 6,300 outputs per week
Compared to the projected weekly-limit cap:
6,300 / 1,037.5 = 6.07x
That means the daily-limit system gives roughly:
6.07x more output
607% of the weekly-limit output
+507% more than the weekly-limit account
And this is without counting Images Speed mode, where the daily account produced 1,644+ outputs and still did not hit the limit.
TLDR
The new weekly-limit system looks much worse..
Even after removing Images Speed mode from the comparison, the daily-limit account still projects to around 6,300 outputs per week, while the weekly-limit account projects to around 1,038 outputs per week.
That is not a small adjustment. That is a massive reduction in usable generations.
If this is an intentional rollout, then it feels like a bad business practice.
@ThrillaRilla369 Sonic the Hedgehog .. because I got a sega genesis instead of an elite console. I never saw an SNES of my own either.
I'd go rent an SNES or PS1 from the brick and mortor stores that don't exist..
Bro.. decent enough offer but your splash page (https://t.co/H6eLVjMnEQ) is cancer.
Pop ups that block the whole screen, gatcha spinners and dumb interactives that detract from the actual product, huge transparent blocks of pages that don't offer identifiable data or product information..
Just put the product information there.. let people give you money. Be less dumb.
