I've worked in mental health facilities for over 2 years now (now working in a secure unit), but not once have I ever recieved any formal mental health first aid training.
Surely this should be a thing? Especially when it comes to hospitals?

I started off the year ok. Then got sectioned. Then got 2 demotions bc I was unstable. Then got sectioned again.
