@jemma_morin Dont accept the diagnosis. There is so much we don know how the body functions. I was treated for migraines & nothing was really helping for very long. Different doctor made a different diagnosis & now my pain level is manageable. Keep looking. *hugs* I did for over 15 years.

@jemma_morin @adybpt Actually, EmDR therapy worked so well on my C-PTSD symptoms, it was almost immediate, to the point I didnt trust it (but I coukd) and i felt guilty bc it was so immediate.
