Why not go for a German system, 50/50 although my friend there says they struggle to get the cash from the insurance companies.

Due to the centres of medical excellence and sheer numbers of patients. Outcomes are affected by so many factors. Especially social ones like lifestyle, fitness. The UK is not great on that one.

He makes political decisions based on advice from the experts. This “war” came out of the blue. No decent ally would do that.

Having said that, I think their system is far better.
