Leeds United managing director Robbie Evans spoke to the media yesterday. In a wide-ranging interview, he discussed:
⚪ No new striker
⚪ Investment in defence vs attack
⚪ Charles pursuit
⚪ SCR limit
⚪ Finding Farke solution
⚪ Jed York's role

BLOODY HELL. Bard brilliant. Asks for it long, then comes short. Takes it from Muharemovic, wonderful turn and into Calvert-Lewin, gets it back and slides Okafor through. Swiss to the line, low cross and No 9 following in. 4-3 in the 75th. #lufc

One of our big issues last season was not being clinical enough.

It's the one area we didn't address this summer sadly.

Looks like it will be a bit of an issue again this season.

DCL decent, but not very clinical

[bensharp1846 @bensharp1846]

@BerenCross Noooo no no no let’s not do this Leeds, let’s not batter em and then sit in for 20 mins and concede. We need to attack them and go for it still

[Dave Jenkins @SirDavidJenkin2]

@ConorMcGilligxn Agreed.

👀 Here’s a look at all 7 signings Leeds have made this summer:

Harry Wilson - Free
Tarik Muharemovic - £34m
James Trafford - £45m
Nico Elvedi - £8.5m
Michael Zetterer - £4m
Melvin Bard - Loan + £4.28m
Jean-Matteo Bahoya - Loan + £25.7m

9/10 window for me. Thoughts #LUFC fans?

[Leeds-DCL @ko_kiano]

🚨⛔️ Leeds United rejected approaches from several clubs for Noah Okafor - also with a £35m bid on table on Deadline Day.

#LUFC see Noah as key player and he wanted to stay.
