Ordinarily, I would have ignored this because I genuinely have more important things to do. However just for the sake of the agenda you are attempting to cook with this particular narrative, and without in any way diminishing the tireless work the entire team, both legal and non-legal, has been putting into this cause, I will respond.

1. Firstly, I did not come online to “use you people” to farm engagement. I came online to express a genuine complaint arising from my own experience. It resonated with people because many could relate to the underlying concern, and it went viral organically. That visibility ultimately amplified the issue and brought the conversation into the REQUIRED JURISDICTION. That is very different from manufacturing a complaint for engagement.

2. Secondly, what started as the outcry of ONE has evolved into an outcry of ALL. That transition did not happen by magic. It has required countless hours of correspondence, research, analysis, consultations, calls and work behind the scenes. The legal and non-legal professionals involved have been working relentlessly, largely on a PRO BONO basis, because they believe the underlying issue deserves proper scrutiny. There is significantly more work happening behind the scenes than what you see on X.

3. Thirdly, this is a SENSITIVE MATTER. It cannot and will not be handled through ONLINE SENSATIONALISM. Do we need public support? Absolutely. Has the public conversation been instrumental? Yes, but are we also conscious that there is a very thin line between legitimate public advocacy and saying things that can prejudice, distort or unnecessarily complicate an ongoing matter? ABSOLUTELY YES.
Therefore,our silence should not be mistaken for inactivity. A reduction in public updates should not be mistaken for abandonment and the absence of daily online theatrics certainly does not mean that the work has stopped.

4. Fourthly, on Saturday, 12 September 2026 at 6:26 p.m., I put out a public call for EXPERT SUPPORT. If this were genuinely about farming engagement, that would be a rather strange way to go about it. 😂
The reality is that this matter requires people who are willing to contribute actual expertise, time and intellectual work towards a cause that has now grown beyond one person’s complaint. The invitation remains open to professionals who understand the seriousness of what we are trying to achieve and are willing to contribute meaningfully.

5. Fifthly, I will not tolerate people coming online to make baseless assertions about my intentions, character or conduct simply because they cannot see everything happening behind the scenes.

@big_keji99 , let me be very clear: DO NOT MAKE DEFAMATORY OR OTHERWISE UNFOUNDED PUBLIC ASSERTIONS ABOUT ME OR MY CONDUCT. If you have a genuine question, ask it. If you have evidence to support an allegation, present it but do not manufacture a narrative about my intentions and present it as fact.
I have deliberately exercised restraint because I understand the difference between responding to criticism and unnecessarily escalating matters online. I am therefore choosing to let this one pass, but I am putting you, and anyone else contemplating similar conduct, on NOTICE that my restraint should not be interpreted as consent, acquiescence or an invitation to continue. I take statements concerning my name and professional reputation seriously, and I reserve all rights in respect of any statement made concerning me that crosses the line from opinion or fair criticism into a false and actionable assertion.
THIS SHOULD SERVE AS A WARNING TO YOU AND EVERY OTHER PERSON COOKING A FALSE AGENDA‼️
