A tough decision for many to make.

There are those who hate being an employee. They hate anyone giving them direction or holding them accountable.

Yet, they’re also not good at being a business owner because they’re not good at being number 1 where a 100% of the pressure is on them.

This conflict prevents them from ever reaching their full potential.

Solution: the sooner you can find out if you’re a REAL number one or a number two, the better you’ll do.

If you’re a great number 1, it’ll naturally happen. Not by force, but the people around you will naturally vote for you to be number one.

If you know, you know.

In most cases, you will do better as a number two focusing on your strengths, rather than trying to force being a number one.

This happens in sports all the time.

The NBA is filled with stars who NEVER won a championship because they refused to be number two on a team believing they were a number one.

They may have been a number one in high school or college, but there are levels to the game.

Very few people will fully embrace this concept.

It’s very hard to embrace this message.
