In 2022, the National Assembly's Justice committee overruled IEBC's attempt to skip livestreaming presidential results. Transparency was won by law not favour. Reversing it now is a step backward.
Comrades who were happy about the lecturers' strike are now starting to get worried. They thought Dr Wesonga was mincing his words when he told them merry Christmas and a happy new year.
The University of Nairobi has been declared technically insolvent due to Sh20 billion in debt.

The story of June 25th 2024 is already written and as they say, the ink is dry. Those attempting to rewrite it will find it especially difficult because this particular piece of history is written in blood. Speaking as someone who was present in Parliament that day, the events depicted in the #BloodParliament documentary by #BBCAfricaEye are not fabrications. They happened. We all saw it live and on our screens. We must encourage these stories to be told from all angles for the sake of truth and justice. Those who are uncomfortable with this are wrestling with their own consciences and we cannot help them with that.
There is a man I used to do business with , I used to buy ovacados from him. My price was 10shillings a piece and he used to supply me 1k every November and December. Out of the blue he stopped calling me and kept saying Bado haziko sawa . I later learnt that someone came with a better offer than mine , a whooping 11ksh a piece .
I have remembered that story because he has invited me to his dowry ceremony to be held in endarasha nyeri this month . The whole endeavor will surely cost me about 10k . From transport to my "goat " .
When he had a chance to make sure there was a coin in my pocket he choose not to. But now he wants the coins put in my pocket by others like our good friends @DigitalDstrctKE who are your digital health doctors. So doleful.
But I learnt just recently to always expect people to be people. you cant hate people for doing what is best for them no matter what that means . Sometimes it means disappointing you .
Anyway I have decided to attend the ceremony ata hapo muiga Kuna jamaa alihamia huko many years ago ntapitia nisalimie yeye.
Did State Corporations buy shares in Kenya Pipeline IPO to hold them for Aliko Dangote? If this is proven directly or through circumstantial evidence, it will violate every applicable provision of the Constitution, Statutes & established law. State institutions cannot be proxies for individuals. As over Kshs. 42B of public money was involved, Kenyans deserve the whole truth. In the US, the judicial system has developed the law called “facading”, where companies & its Directors are held criminally liable for financial engineering & manipulating the capital markets.
By the time I learned Mudavadi and Weta were less inspiring than a boiled egg and a packet of Mala I had not even met Raila. For them to claim it is Baba who has taught us to disrespect them is utter rubbish. Respect is earned. They haven't earned mine.
State-backed institutions like NSSF that bought KPC shares using public and workers’ pension funds made virtually no profit from the sale to Aliko Dangote.
They bought at Sh9 per share and reportedly sold at Sh9.02, a difference of just 2 cents per share before transaction costs.
