Here are the key changes:

- Patching will now be an entirely private process

- A more comprehensive security contact policy

- A new code of conduct for Cosmos repositories, including clarifications on the disclosure policy

- Changes to the bug bounty program to prioritize critical vulnerabilities

Together, these changes will help to improve security practices and harden the stack code to provide greater predictability and transparency for users.
