There’s 2/3 main things I need from Gen10 for me to be satisfied with it:

1.I NEED LEVEL SCALING. Open world is a genre IMO. SV was“open world”but with no purpose.
Side quests with full plots separate from the main quest,AND being able to face any trainer in any order,rewards exploring the open world.

This is what people mean when they say the world is“empty”.
No NPC’s that start quests where you actually learn new lore and get an important Pokémon or item or feature(say a daycare) as a reward at the end.
(The closest we ever got to this was the Froslass side quest in PLA imo lol)

SV not having level scaling almost totally ruined the experience for me. Just go back to routes at that point cause I had to look up what order to play the game in.

2. I NEED OVER 100 new Pokémon designs.

And that’s it lol.
In reality it’s pretty simple. Of course there are more preferences I want in Gen10, but these are the only two things I truly “need”.
