To add, call center said depends on reason. Your branch didn’t ask why I wanted to open these accounts, nor did they ask how my wife and I were related (we opened our first accounts separately on our own at separate times).

@scb_thailand y’all full of shit. Have to go through so much just to open a joint savings acct with my wife and a current acct for myself. Branch says need to send to HO to apply (3-5 days). Call center says depends on “situation”, can be same day. situation= is customer Myanmar?

@GrabTH Don’t mess with people’s food! Waited 2 hours for my order! I understand that things happen, food gets delayed. But atleast give me the option to cancel my order after an hour of wait! Instead I have to call your call center to explain my situation. No “sorry”, nothing!

Hey @scb_thailand I went to 2 of your branches today (bkk) to open an account for work. Had my passport + work permit. It was unpleasant to say the least. Apparently Myanmar citizens are given a special treatment. It would be great if you could have respect for all nationalities
